Refactoring and development of an internal CRM for Avito workflows: stable inbox, redesigned chats, mobile access, dark theme, and automation scenarios with AI-powered suggestions.
The client was already conducting sales through a custom CRM, but technical debt had accumulated and capabilities were lacking to handle growing load. The code and UX needed improvement, along with new features: a full mobile version, dark theme, price and data synchronization with Avito, and chat redesign for real manager workflows.
We gradually strengthened the interface and reliability: unified theme for desktop and mobile, redesigned inbox and chats, tools to accelerate conversations, and blocks with AI assistant and analytics.
After implementing the mobile version, stable inbox, and response automation, managers handle more conversations without quality loss; AI removes routine work and speeds up decision-making. The figures above are portfolio estimates; when actual KPIs become available, replace with real data.
